Most Hateable Subclasses?

So I'm in the middle of writing our next campaign (1-20, 3-campaign arc, the whole nine yards) and I need some more fuel for bad guys that my players are going to love to hate. So far I've got a Crown Oath Paladin + Enchantment Wizard power couple who are just absolute cops (my players are rebels fighting for their country's independence from an evil empire, original I know lol), and Two Guys Named Ivan. Two huge guys, one huge name. Ivan.
