Let me just say...

I am extremely impressed with the customer service at Bxtracts. Louis is very attentive. Also, I'm not affiliated with them or any other company at all. I'm just leaving a review that might help others.

So, se all know BX has been having issues with its website and payment. I had forgotten the password, so I reached out to Louis on the discord. He let me order directly in the chat. This was yesterday afternoon.

I told him what I needed, and he sent me an invoice. I went to pay him with zelle, but there was an issue, so I reached back out. Before he got back to me he had already created a label for USP even though I hadn't even paid yet becaue he was on his way to the post office and didn't want my order to be delayed.

I finally paid, and my order is now out for delivery and should be here today.

It was very sweet of him to trust that I would be paying him. I just wanted to hand it to the guy.

Also, I ordered from Simply for the second time, and he swiftly placed my order. It should also be here today. It's so cool to have two reliable vendors in the northeast.

Like I said, I have no affiliation with these guys. I just wanted to give credit where credit is due.
