[VFB] Is the underwire/band not supposed to tuck under your breast?

I started looking for bras again and revisited the guide here. The types of bras that the guides generally referred me to are rarely modeled on a plus size body so it's really hard to tell. I have had a redux and now have very full bottoms. I don't want the overlapping tissue to just be pressed to my chest and it would look ridiculous/be impossible to lift all of that tissue to not go below my root. I want the bra to fit snugly and comfortably along the bottom of my roots and I don't see how any of these bras offer that. Is that not how bras are supposed to fit??
