Is this a bot? Got this soon after posting and really confused by it

I got this comment on my work not long after posting it. I mean yeah, I looked through the tag I was writing for like a week ago (niche crossover trope, only thirtyish works before I wrote this one and half of them are mine from a series I’ve been working on, this is a oneshot so that I could play around with new ideas in the crossover) but the premise I used wasn’t one inspired by anything already written there, so I was confused by this comment.

My main guess is bot or spam, thought I might ask here if anyone else has run into something like this?
