Nitro v15 faint crackling noise

Recently bought a nitro v15 with a rtx 3050, in the first days it only had the normal fans noise, after a week or so it started with a crackling noise that i think it comes from the fans, but maybe could be from the speakers, cant really tell. I dont think it is a matter of dirt in the fans since the notebook is brand new. Included a video trying to demonstrate the noise (Please turn the volume up). Anyone had something similar and knows how to help? Only thing that seemed to change was when i put it on low power mode in nitro sense but it only stopped for a few seconds and comes right back.
