Most disturbing moments in the series

What moments across all the current seasons really stuck with you in that they were significantly disturbing?

For me, two of them come from my favorite season: Freakshow. Adding spoilers on some to be safe.

The bearded lady giving birth on the side of the road as part of an attraction.

The nail gun scene from Cult and the human sacrifice from the satan worshippers in Apocalypse are high up there for me as well.

EDIT: have to add the torture of Shelley in Asylum and Elsa’s snuff film in Freakshow, both incredibly gruesome and soul crushing.
