Penn sent an email to my councler

5 days ago Upenn sent an email to my counselor asking for updates and additional information about me, Basically asking for my counselor to verify everything from transcript, reccomedation letters, school reports, extracurricular and other documents.

My counselor didn't see the message and 2 days ago they sent the same email again, which my counselor replied to with the necessary information,

(I applied regular decision and even due to my counselor being new to common app I submitted my application a little late, I am also from an underrepresented country if that has any postive/negative factor in admission)

What do you guys thinks this means and if there are any past students that have shared similar incidents please share your experience.
