Where can I hear a old school, white, blue collar Chicago accent?

This article mentions Beverly. https://www.chicagomag.com/city-life/why-the-classic-chicago-accent-is-disappearing/

I know a lot of the people on the Bear were not from Chicago and were trying to mimic the accent but where is the real accent? I'm visiting Chicago from NYC and most of the people I know are transplants. In NYC you might find the equivalent at more low key pubs in neighborhoods that have stayed whote for multiple generations, but I think the NY accent might cross racial lines a bit different than in Chicago, but I may be wrong. Would I need to venture farther onto Chicagoland to find older accents like Oak Park or Joliet? Or is it possible to come across the accent in a dive bar in Wicker Park? Or a shop in a more central neighborhood?

Sort of humorous request but I'm genuinely interested and it didn't seem like it's been asked before. Also hello from you sister subreddit r/asknyc.
