Itching in groin area

20 Male. Active in sports.

Ive got this itching in my groin area for atleast 5 days now. It is itchy at certain times. It started to wound a bit and now the skin is flaking. I've had ringworm back in 7th grade so I assumed that this is the same and tried applying anti fungal shampoo (I use it for my dandruff) just today. My last sex was about 5 months ago since I am in an LDR setting and I havent hooked up since. Thank you!
