Are we facing problems due to people having kids later?

So it hit me ill be 55 when mine turns 18. My dad was under 40 on my 18th which was nice for pubbing. By an unscientific look at the school run/people i know im not the eldest dad in the year group and id say a lot if not most are close to my age. My parents were mid 20s when they had me which was pretty average. Ie most of my same aged mates had same aged parents.

Even now i get a lot of help from my parents/kids grandparents as theyre still relatively young enough/fit enough.

Is people having kids later setting up problems for them when theyre older?

Like will we get a generation of people losing their parents well before 30? The grandparent help just not being a thing any more as theyll be too old to help
