Long time lurker, thought I'd show this. Pork belly burnt ends and beef cheek, just been spritzed with acv. Woke up at 3 to also do a few smoker salmon fillets for the freezer. Unfortunately I've only got your basic jumbuck thin steel smoker and the wind atm is howling, so I'm struggling but cannot wait to upgrade this beater. Cheers!
