Account linking issue

Not sure if this is the rich page to post this but anyway, I have my main cod bo6 account on my ps5, but i’ve switched fully to pc, i have an account on the pc which is an xbox account on pc, i want to link my xbox pc account with my playstation bo6 account, however the emails are different…is there anything i can do to link the accounts ? please help
