Graduated: October 2024

I was engaged for 1.5 years and was a grateful user of the excellent advice found in this sub! I want to share my fav design element of our day -- our reception tent at my family's home of 30 years :) I always loved fall in that yard, and wanted our guests to experience it as well.

If I could pass on any advice: the big things will work out, and the little hiccups that may come up won't matter when you're celebrating your love with the people you love! AND - if you can do a welcome party, do it, and make that your "business" day of "hellos" and "thank you so much for coming all this way". Spend your reception arm in arm (guilt free) with your new spouse!
