How Would you Expand the World of MHA outside Japan?

Like we know how Japan works and we got bites and pieces of how it is on the Rest of the World heck one theory is Horikoshi wanted to explore the rest of the World in aftermath of the WAR arc but his editors told him not to and Stars and Stripes she was basically a leftover from this idea that is my speculation at least anyway along with few other things that were also likely leftovers
Anyway how do you imagine Heroing is like in the rest of the World is like and how Would you build a Spin-off Manga or light novel based on that? And how Would you set it apart from everything that goes on Japan as for art style I probably go by MHA: Vigilantes and Mission Team-up route and go with art style that isn't too far from the main Series but still different enough you know to have continuity between titles and all that art wise
My idea would be Series set in America build on Continuity and what's been mentioned before its mix of 2 indie comics Invincible and Astro City mixed with a little of Matt Fraction Invincible Ironman run and a dash of Ed Brubaker Captain America also Saladin Ahmed run on Miles Morales: Spider-man and has similar feel to the starting point would be American Super Hero community dealing with fallout of Stars and Stripes death and there's basically a void to feel and Captain Celebrity unlike other Series would be read left to right(still working on the rest) probably written by Greg Pak with art by Yoco Akiyama
