PSA: "Narcs" is now a prohibited topic

This is a reminder following rule 3 - As a subreddit we take mental health stigma of all kinds seriously, and remove it regardless of the source.

One of the most consistent expressions of stigma in this sub (and across the internet recently) is "narcissism," and we will be taking a stronger step to keep that out by more strictly limiting posts about that topic.

There were 2 posts that escalated to the point of demonization, telling people to "avoid" narcissists, how to "identify" them, and calling them "evil". That's the straw that broke the camel's back, but we will also not permit more posts that are assurance seeking because someone is "afraid" they "might be a narcissist", or using "narc" as a "catch-all" term to label someone a problem or an abuser.

If you can't be more articulate about a situation than labeling someone a "narc," you can find another place to talk about it.
