New Home Owner, hit me with the musts

As the title says, new home owner in Georgia. I have always had apartments so this is the first time I have a garage, a yard, plenty of space. Hit me with the must haves for tools, kitchenware, yard things, etc. Anything you can think of, no suggestion is bad as long as it's BIFL. Thanks again!
