What are your best questions, topics, or ice breakers to get a group talking?

Needed for work. I run a small peer group and often when there’s a lull in the conversation I like to whip out something from my list. I’m looking to add more! Or any sort of easy get-to-know-you activities I would welcome as well. Kind of in the same realm as Never Have I Ever or Two Truths And A Lie. Just for example, a few questions/topics I have on my list are

• Where will you be in five years?

• What motivates you?

• What do you enjoy in moderation?

So things with that same sort of vibe. Any ideas? Because I’d love some more!
