Chewy or Petco delivery?
I’m looking into home delivery for my cat’s care. I don’t mind going to the store but I can’t drive so I’m considering home delivery. I’d use Amazon but idk if they’d deliver prescription only cat food. For context I live in an apartment building that’s not very visible from the road and the actual sign is tucked away too. Google and Apple Maps both find this place very accurately though. It’s just a little corner you don’t really notice unless you know it’s there. So far the prices seem decent on both options. Which one have you had better experiences with and what are the differences in sales and other promotions? Is there a third option I should consider?
His prescription food isn’t planned to be permanent but could end up being permanent or long term so I’d like to stick to places that carry and deliver it. It’s Royal canine urinary SO and Hills prescription Diet urinary (for cats). I’d also like to get basically everything in 1 or 2 shopping trips per month if possible.
I’m open to suggestions. My area has a pretty good bus route and I live extremely close to the store I get his litter at. His vet appointment is in 2 weeks and that’s when I’ll find out his diet plan going forward. The shelter didn’t send me with the prescription. They sent me with enough food for 2 to 3 weeks though. I made his vet appointment as soon as they opened to get everything figured out asap though. I’ll update this post when/if his diet restrictions change since that detail may affect my options overall
