La Quinta Resort and Spa Experience

hey coachella, i’m taking my mom with me to coachella this weekend and were staying at La Quinta Resort and Spa from the travel package i got. If anyone could share their experience on how busy it is/shuttles/customer service/food/etc. I want to give my mom the best time ever with the festival and the hotel so any info you got is appreciated 🫶🏻
