Hello everyone! Quick background about myself: i am 22 years old and after graduating college in May, i was diagnosed with Crohn's disease this August after long periods of suffering. I joined this subreddit and after reading alot of posts, i realized something was missing - The positive stories. Stories of people achieving and doing great things, even after being diagnosed with this terrible disease.

So i ask all of you, please post below a background about yourself, your diagnosis, how long you've had it and what you achieved while simultaneously battling this disease. It can be anything from personal relationships to career to marathons you've run.. i dont care, please don’t be humble, brag about anything you're proud you accomplished.

As a young person being diagnosed with this disease, i question everyday if i will be able to live my life and achieve my goals and hearing your success stories will help me and others immensely.

I hope people post their stories and i promise i will read every single one. 🙏♥️
