Is Ruihang genetically gifted to turn this fast?

So yeah, we all know how fast ruihang turns. Leagues faster than any cuber. But how does he turn that fast? Practice or maybe is he genetically engineered to be fast turning in cubing. Like bro i can 1.1 a na perm and my fingers die but he can do a 0.9 na perm in a solve DAMN
