Working at the computer with cubital tunnel
Hello,
It seems that I got cubital tunnel a few months ago, the burning pain is mostly at my wrist and forearm, it rarely hurts at the elbow. (marked with green in this photo)
I was wondering what's the best way to work at the computer having this disease, considering that the computer was the main trigger for it. I usually work both standing and standing and always tried to put soft things below my wrists or elbow, but it seems they do not help too much. Sometimes I try to hold the hands into the air, but this put a lot of pressure on my shoulders, they are always tense.
Any advices are greatly appreciated, because the computer is my job, but the pain is more are more intense. I tried ice, resting, they don't help too much on the long run.
Thanks
