Can we change Hoarfrost-z so that it grants frost armour when you cast the barricade?

Hoarfrost is getting indirectly nerfed because of the changes to Whisper of Chains, you will no longer get the 40% damage resist when being near the crystals (the only use I see for Hoarfrost now is to smash crystals for grenade regen and shards but ill probably just run Armamentarium instead).

The ability preview shows changes to Ballidorse Wrathweavers (Warlock exotic) and Renewal Grasps (Hunter exotic) so that they can grant frost armour but there is nothing at all for Titans. So can we get a buff to Hoarfrost so that it can provide X stacks of frost armour on barricade cast?
