In Store Lowe’s deal good?

I think I’m gonna spend $85 this weekend, because multi tools are handy, a spare battery even if small never hurts, and I have yet to find a deal with a bag and I’m a sucker for a good container. I don’t NEED the 3rd charger, but beggars can’t be choosers. I guess they really wanna get rid of these, as they have them marked down to $99, and then to $85, while Home Depot has the kit for $199.
