Maya Easy Credit - Unauthorized Transaction

Someone withdrawn my Maya easy credit balance worth 9k. I tried contacting customer service hotline, pero I cannot reach them. I alos tried emailing maya support kaso it didn't help.

What can I do with this? Ayoko bayaran yung utang na hindi ko naman inutang. Gusto ko nalang i block yung Maya account ko!!
