help and suggestions
So I moved to Dubai and got into sales. The boss was a decent guy, but the co-workers were toxic. The job paid 2,500 AED, but standing for 11 hours a day wasn’t worth it. I figured starting my own business would be a better path. Things seemed promising at first—I got two of my co-workers, who joined the job with me, on board.
We needed a 3,000 AED investment. One guy backed out with lame excuses, but I kept him around anyway. He ended up contributing nothing (took two weeks just to make a logo) and started avoiding responsibilities. Meanwhile, I trusted a senior co-worker, only for him to snitch on me to the boss. Another colleague warned me about it, and I knew it was true. The boss was already aware of the situation, and I even took my call outside, but he still made a fuss—saying I "couldn’t use my phone" and pulling me aside to scold me.
Then, I got my first client. When I told the boss, he was visibly pissed, even though he previously said I could do part-time work as long as it didn’t affect my job. At that point, I decided to quit, making sure I had enough to sustain myself for a month.
I had a bike rider’s license from a previous job, so I figured I’d use that while pushing my business forward. I got a solid lead, but the guy who provided it tried to backstab me (didn’t work, though). I put in all the investment myself
At this point, I feel like I should just move forward solo. What would you do in my situation?
and is anyone ready to work with me if i give a brilliant and scalable business idea in low investment
