PTO Policy

What’s your PTO policy? I have the flu and have burned through all my PTO already—that’s the only “days off” my program has. We accumulate one PTO day each month. So it’s super easy to go into a negative balance if you or your kids get ill and you have to take off more than one day! Not sure how common this is but it seems absolutely dumb and like a joke
