Earbuds recommendation which don't hurt helicis crus

I've used many earbuds from past few years including apple airpods pro and samsung. Airpods pro were the one which hurted my part (helicis crus) the most. I'm thinking of getting nothing ear (2024) as I've heard positive reviews about it. If anyone has any recommendation as earbuds for my issue that would be very helpful. Thanks in advance:)
