Chest pain on effexor

I'm on day 24 of effexor 75 mg and i had these chest pains and tightness since day 1 and they had not get any better. Did anyone of you had the similar side effect when starting? If yes did it go away ? My doctor wants to increase my dose to 112.5 mg and I'm scared of this side effect because it is really bothering me. What should I do ?
