What would happen if through mass-awakening a lot of "souls" would reject the prison trap but then on earth a lot of people would conceive children?

Or if a large scale disaster would wipe out 1/2 of humanity... where would all the newborn "souls" come from assuming the other half breeds like crazy? How would any souls be sucked back into the flesh prison (newborns) if for some reason awareness said "Nope, I'm out, no more loosh from me"?
