Selling Untradable Cards💰

I have this untradable Harry Kane card which is pretty decent and I'm thinking if I need to train him to max with my silver and 80+ ovr players.

I do have some mascheranos to rank him up as well.

But my doubt is if I rank him will I be able to use this untradable card to rank a tradable one which I buy from market? Will the ranks be transferred?
