How would you get the Hatsune Miku skin?

Alright, you guys are totally free to call me a weeb all you want, I totally deserve it, but Hatsune Miku is literally my to-die-for waifu since like 2007 when she first debuted! I have been playing since like season 3 (2018) and have never once cared about getting a skin of any kind until now, so hypothetically, when it comes out, what would the process be to acquire it? Do I just pay for it somewhere it the locker or game shop, or would I have to complete some game objectives to unlock it, or is this going to be an unknown until its actually out???
