Were the puzzles really that bad?

If you haven’t seen the dev notes, they inferred that people have been complaining that there were too many puzzles and that they took too long to solve. Did anyone find this to be an issue? Me personally, I feel like it was great to have many semi-complex puzzles, none of which took too long and almost all of them helped with the world building or didn’t feel out of place (unlike penacony). What do you all think about the amphoreus puzzles?
