Extra Curriculums

I am an International Student applying to several us colleges for fall 2025. I know that americans have lots of extra curriculums and activities or honors. Have some of you experience with that what international students can write there, I have not accomplished any big honors or something but got some hobbies made a gap year some internships and have hobbies I do in my free time, what all of that can I add to my application or is there anythibg you should not add? Would appreciate a answer if somebody has an idea of that topic!
