Noisy neighbours

I'm starting a new job today and I haven't slept the whole night. 😭

My neighbours have been blasting loud music the whole night from 5pm yesterday to 5am today. So sijalala ata kidogo. My head hurts so bad.

I need some suggestions on what to do. I complained to the caretaker about it and he said atakuwa anawazimia stima but he's never done so. Aki some people are just so inconsiderate.
