Is this game for me?

Hi everyone, as the title suggests i wanted to know if this game is suitable for me before i buy it since it is currently on sale. I have never played any souls like game but i have just finished Wukong. I liked Wukong and its combat style and i understand that Wukong might be different from any souls like game. I mostly play 3rd person combat driven adventure game like GoW, Spiderman, Hogwarts Legacy, The Witcher etc. People mostly suggest playing Lies of Pi after finishing Wukong but i hesitate to buy it since i am not sure if it will be up to my liking. Please help me make a decision thanks!
