Fear of Paralysis and Body Rattling before sleep

Hi so last night was my first time trying to LD. I used WILD method and after getting up to go walk around and bathroom for a bit I went back to bed. When I got to bed I tried my best to stay completely still while laying on my back while also doing math in my head to keep my brain awake. I could feel myself slowly falling asleep but the urge to move was too strong so eventually I failed. I tried about two more times but I pretty much had the same result. Just the heavy urge to move and then I fail.

However I noticed 2 things that were very strange and scary to me. The first attempt I made, after I eventually moved from staying still I knew I failed but I felt myself falling into sleep. However right when I was about to fall asleep I felt my whole head and upper body physically shaking, rattling or buzzing (idk how else to describe it). Is this a normal feeling? Felt like I was being possessed or something.

This led me to wake up rly alert and rly scared that I was falling into sleep paralysis or something and that scared me even more. Each attempt after I was rly rly scared of even trying to LD cuz I thought I’d go into SP and I’ve always heard horror stories of SP.

My questions r was that weird rattling of my head and upper body right before sleep normal? And how can I overcome that fear of falling into SP?
