New bike delivered with wrong suspension?

Hey folks,

I've just purchased my first-ever brand new full suspension bike. Bought a Santa Cruz Hightower C 'S-Kit', as i had heard so many good things about it and their customer service.

However, it's been delivered with the wrong front fork. Its meant to come with a Fox Float Performance, but has instead arrived with a RoxShox Lyric Select+.

I've contacted the website I purchased it from and they're going to contact Santa Cruz, however they've noted that they supposedly have a disclaimer that says they manufacturer can swap out components for similar or better equivalents.

Looking online, there's like £200+ difference between both forks. In my eyes they aren't equivalents and to pretend so would be unaccaptable (and likely against consumer protection laws).

Has this happened to any of you before? Just want to make sure I have the necessary info in place just in case things don't go to plan.

Thank you!

EDIT: I'm an idiot and haven't correctly compared shocks. Seems i've got an upgrade!
