Is My Replica Jazz Club Fake?

I recently bought replica jazz club from venba fragrance and it came without the transparent cap with "replica" written all over it. It smells the same as the samples i bought from maison margiela, the bottle looks authentic, and it is refillable as i can twist the atomizer off. I just dont know if having no transparent cap means its fake. It is not a tester.
