Help! What's the difference between these two vapes?

Why is it easier to vape this SweetSupply dart (here's the battery) than it is to vape this TruPod by Trulieve (here's the battery)?

When I vape the SweetSupply dart, I don't cough at the lowest temp and cough a little bit at the 2 higher temps using the direct-to-lung technique. But when I vape the TruPod, I cough hard no matter the temp using the mouth-to-lung technique.

Warning: I am a total newbie and don't really know what I'm doing! I've only been vaping for about 3 weeks.
