Got punched in the mouth at work

I work at an inpatient psych facility and one of the patients punched me on the face, bloodying my nose and almost tearing a hole through my lip. Had to get three stitches to hold it closed to keep food out of it until it closed itself. It hasn’t been a week since it happened and it’s almost completely healed.
