Planning Asian American Wedding

I am getting a start on wedding planning. We are having a Chinese/Vietnamese wedding with traditional dishes (so the full 10 entrees). However, we want to host it in an actual venue and not a Chinese restaurant. So we are looking for recommendations on venues that allows Chinese catering and traditional Chinese food caterers. Specifically in metro Detroit area of Michigan.

Any cool ideas/experiences/photos of your own Asian wedding would also help. Thanks a bunch!
