Has anyone ever gotten a Down as Overhaul using his Special Action?

It's pretty rare myself if I ever see it. Why is it rare? Because Overhaul's Disassemble doesn't do much damage to the victim, so if i ever saw someone get a Down as Overhaul using his Special Action, holy fuck.
