What could this be?

I've had my URX for almost two months now and I love it. Yesterday I noticed this spot on my monitor and I don't know what it could be. It doesn't look like a dead pixel to me but wiping it gently with a microfiber cloth didn't do anything. When looking at it from an angle it is shiny compared to the rest of the monitor. It's very small and the center is white. It almost looks like a puncture mark. I use my monitor as a TV and I sure as he'll haven't thrown anything at it or even brushed it against anything. It isn't really noticeable when playing games or watching content but I'd still like to exhange it.

I have until the 31st to return it to Amazon but I don't see an option to exchange. I'm on a payment plan that's got two more months left on it so I'm not sure how a return/exchange would work but I definitely don't want to deal with this spot on a $900 monitor. I'm just baffled as to what it could be. I haven't even cleaned the monitor yet so it couldn't have come from that. Any ideas?
