Is ENG4U in YRDSB Online Summer School good?

I'm planning on getting grade 12 English out of the way by doing it on YRDSB online summer school. Has anyone else taken eng4u like this? How good is it online? Is the class asynchronous, or is it a synchronous class where you have to join a meet?
