Why does the nature of my Pokémon keep changing after I set it?

There’s a place in blackthorne where you can set the nature of your Pokémon. I set my Scizor to Jolly nature and then a little while later, it somehow changes to Rash when I revisit the same guy to change nature of another Pokémon. Why does it do this??
