Can i remove sony sd card after jailbreaking?

hello everyone i have 2 vita which i had just bought one without the sony sd card. My first vita is already modded and have both sd2vita(main storage) and sony card(which was used to jailbreak). Can i remove the sony card and still be able to use the first vita with only sd2vita? I need it to jailbreak the other vita
