Athletic/Curvy people, what are your goals?
Sometimes it makes my heart drop a little reading threads here about people’s goal weights as someone with a curvier and more muscular build. It seems the majority of this subreddit aim to be/are 100-120 lbs. I know everyone has a different frame, stores fat differently, has different goals etc but I’d love to hear from people whose goal weights are above this range. For me my first goal is 135 and I’m going to go from there (I’m (25f 5’2”) at 155 now, started at 196 and heaviest was 206.) Based on my smart scale I have about 115 lbs of muscle mass and I’d like to increase that while losing fat. Including my bone mass, 135 lbs would put me at an extremely lean body fat percentage (10% by my calculations but also smart scales aren’t so “smart” and I take these readings with a grain of salt.) I also have a bigger chest. I want to build strength and endurance as I’ve just started Muay Thai and would love to eventually compete in fights.
Other curvy and/or muscular babes, what do your goals look like (weight, fitness etc.) and what does your lifestyle look like?
