Just got the game but im scared to play it.

As the title says I just bought the game on playstation. However I'm very nervous to play it. I don't have any friends who play it and im too socially anxious to play with relative strangers so I'll be going solo. I'm not sure why it scares me, I've seen other people play this game on twitch and YouTube. But I can't bring myself to load it up. Any tips or words of encouragement?

EDIT: Thanks everyone! Those comments actually really help. I think it was mainly jumpscares that i was worried about, aling with just dying cuz i dont know what im doing. I'll most likely hop on tonight .... tomorrow ....soon and finally give it a shot
