Getting paid steam game files from friend pc to mine

I have a question my friend has bought phasmophobia on steam in his account is there i way i could get the games files and download it from steam in my account for free like if downloaded the games from steam in his pc and copy the games files to my PC's hdd then theoretically i could get the game and play with him for free Right?
